Who are we?
Comfort Home || By Robin Wood is located in Apeldoorn Noord and a wood workshop in Loenen. We are a private young social enterprise and offer young people and (young) adults future prospects by offering daytime activities in various areas. We also have a family home for young people who are (temporarily) unable to live at home.
WE CANNOT DO THIS ALONE. WILL YOU HELP?
Volunteers are the heart of our organization. They provide visibility and support us in daily work. Together with our volunteers, we want to make a difference for vulnerable people in our society. Do you also want to use your talent, time, experience and energy? Then sign up as a volunteer.
Our volunteers are all people with passion and love for others. We take your personal qualities, ambitions and limitations into account as much as possible. We help you to get started well prepared. Working with us as a volunteer means having a lot of fun together in a casual setting. You can declare your travel and material costs. Only the travel costs incurred for the first acquaintance and follow-up day are for your own account.
Activities
We are currently looking for handymen and/or women who want to help us with various jobs. Think of painting, hanging, removing or repairing various things to improve our day spending place.
In addition, we are also looking for:
- furniture restylers
- supervisors
- call drivers
- agricultural mechanics
- packers/processors of split firewood
- persons for operating the blaster
- people for our poffertjes stall in order to increase brand awareness
We ask
People who are enthusiastic and want to build our social enterprise so that we can make the translation together.
Also suitable for people with an indication for daytime activities with, among other things, a disability, distance from the labor market, who have become redundant, are retired, ect. All are welcome with us.
We offer
A daytime activity without work pressure. We are mainly concerned with building our social enterprise together to offer young people and (young) adults perspectives for the future.
Time use
Tuesday from 9 am - 2 pm
Wednesday from 09:00 am - 14:00 pm
Expansion possible in terms of hours and days.
About Comfort Home | by Robin Wood
Offering young people/(young) adults perspective by discovering and further developing their talents. We do this by offering various activities in our workshop in Apeldoorn Noord and Loenen. We split logs into fireplace wood and kindling, work with various large machines and restyle furniture. In Apeldoorn Noord we mainly do the finer work such as making baby & children's products, party items and wooden structures. We also offer the possibility to build Technic Lego and Creator Lego. The Lego is also rented out and is part of the daytime activities.
Every day a fresh lunch is ready and we think it is important that you feel comfortable.
