Description: General board member with focus on a specific area. Contributes to policy determination and implementation, has final responsibility for a certain area of attention. As:
- Marketing insights
- Communication skills, (social) media, expressions, etc.
- Fundraising: eg with companies, capital funds, etc.
- Public-oriented events: eg through sports, schools, fairs, etc.
- Human resource management, everything needed to staff and make it work
Wishes: Has an active role in the primary (fundraising) task of the foundation.
Particulars: The (small) foundation mainly acts as a team. Every director is expected to actively contribute to the result. In the sense that part of the income can be attributed to him / her. Employees (available or to be recruited) can be deployed for this.
