Beyond The Bounds is a mental health initiative among the youth. Our mental health encompasses our psychological, emotional and social well-being. We aim at spreading awareness and attempts to eradicate the stigma associated with mental health. We believe that every single life is important and should be protected from the dark shadows of mental illness. There is no health without mental health. The future of any country begins with its youth who needs to be not only physically but mentally as well. We travel to places visiting schools and colleges by conducting seminars and workshops on depression, anxiety , stress, importance of mental health etc. , causes, symptoms and how we can contribute as a responsible citizen.
