Are you an expert in leadership, can you oversee the bigger picture, take responsibility and do you have the drive to take communication within Care4Neo to the next level together with your team? Then read on!
Tasks within your position:
● You oversee the bigger picture of the web editors, editors of the magazine 'Kleine Maatjes' and the Social Media team. This consists of approximately 10 volunteers.
● You work closely with communication board member Laura de Rijke. This provides insight into the tasks that must be performed by the 3 sub-teams and you monitor the processes and implementation. For example, that after the publication of the magazine, content is converted to online versions and the website remains up to date.
● You organize a quarterly (online) meeting where the teams come together; makes the appointments and keeps an eye on the action list and communication calendar.
● You ensure that new volunteers who fall under communication are trained or that they are linked to a team member.
● You keep an eye on what is needed in (extra) manpower and then coordinate with the volunteer coordinator, who takes care of the recruitment and selection
● You take care of communication towards members and volunteers through newsletters once a quarter
● You keep the mailbox of communication@care4neo.nl

Time commitment: alternately 1-2 hours a week
