Detailed description
The work on campus is done as much as possible by people with an occupational disability and students in secondary special education. Under the expert guidance of professionals, volunteers and trainees. We are always looking for the right mix of people. The focus is on discovering and using everyone's qualities.
We offer fun and varied work and contact with great people in a beautiful place in Apeldoorn. People with a distance to the labor market and the potential to build up work capacity work in the work-study company on the campus. We are looking for a volunteer or HBO trainee with an understanding of HRM for the recruitment of new employees and the targeted development of employees using HRM tools and the HRM cycle.
