For a cheerful and lively 9-year-old girl, we are looking for a warm support family with one or more children to play with.
She has been living in Wageningen for several years with her mother and stepfather. Her parents both work irregular hours and are therefore not always able to give the attention they would like. The situation also makes it difficult for her to receive playdates at home. The family originates from Poland, and there is little family in the area to fall back on.
The parents want the best for their daughter and give her a place to play with peers. She would really enjoy playing games together and playing outside.
She is a very spontaneous and extroverted lady. She likes excitement but can also spend a long time drawing or painting. She also enjoys computer games like Minecraft or Roblox. In addition, it is nice if the girl is stimulated in her language development, simply by participating in the ins and outs of a family.
A fixed afternoon after school is preferred, except Tuesday.

Who are we looking for?
Neighborhood families is looking for a support family for this girl:
- With at least one child between the ages of 8 and 11;
- That can provide a stimulating environment;
- That is available one part of the day per week.
What do we have to offer you?:
The Neighborhood Families coordinator supports both the support family and the requesting family in the process of searching and connecting.
What makes the work worthwhile?:
As a support family, you share what is going well for you. A demand family experiences air and support because the task of parenting is shared and you are not alone.

This way children get some extra love and attention and parents are relieved for a while. The help is everyday and friendly. Demand and support families make agreements about support under the supervision of the Neighborhood Families coordinator.
