We zijn op zoek naar een paar vrijwilligers die willen meehelpen met de digitale en fysieke abonnementenstroom. Verwerken van bestellingen, printen van kaarten.

We zijn bezig met het opbouwen van een groep vrijwilligers die ons willen helpen bij online en DTP gerelateerde zaken.

De taken die we in eerste instantie met elkaar zullen oppakken zijn:


Verwerken van de bestellingen uit onze webshop:

  1. nakijken foto's
  2. waar nodig bijwerken van foto's (met photoshop oid)
  3. exporteren van bestellingen (1 klik)
  4. export-lijst bijwerken (notepad, BBEdit, csv bewerker)
  5. printer instellen/opstellen (HiTi CS200)
  6. vanuit software (CardPresso-XS) exportlijst printen
  7. abonnement/zwemles kaarten verzenden/in bak doen
  8. tijdens seizoen: zorgen dat geprinte kaarten bij Bosbad komen
