Coordinator provincial contacts

Point of contact in the province

You can work from home and you are the point of contact for all provincial volunteers in the country. You coordinate all activities and monitor and direct all communication between the provincial volunteers, editorial team and the office. You contribute to an unambiguous image and consistent policy. Our base is in Vorden where the Bee Education Center is located. You will receive various online training courses about bees and their food supply.

We are looking for

• A volunteer coordinator who is in possession of a computer/laptop and has substantive knowledge or feeling of IT systems
• You are proactive in establishing contacts with local groups
• You are good at organizing and working together
• You can separate main and side issues
• You are able to convey a message enthusiastically
• You are interested in wild bees or are open to following a training for this
• You are available at least 4 hours a week
• You regularly come to the office for consultation
