As a Klik&Tik course leader, you help students familiarize themselves with working with the computer. This is really about basic skills.Detailed description
The Click & Tap course helps people to become digitally skilled. These are people who have little or no experience with working with the computer. You work according to an online teaching program and help the student step by step through this program. You work together with a fellow volunteer.

Knowledge of working with the computer

Being able to explain / transfer information well
Response from a volunteer:
At Klik & Tik I help people get started with the computer and the digital world by answering questions and offering support during the course. It makes me happy to see these people leave with a certificate after the course and hopefully they will be interested in doing more with this so that it becomes easier to work with the digital world and they can feel more at home.
