BFC is an association and an association exists thanks to volunteers. One volunteer spends more time on BFC than another, but that doesn't matter. Every contribution, no matter how small, is important for the survival of the association.
BFC teaches everyone that working in a team is primarily about working together. That money not only in the field, but also beyond. Working together, building the association together, being successful together.

BFC = Together Successful, so working together means working together!
