Why are we starting this project?
We must draw up a Risk Inventory and Evaluation for our studio. We have not drawn this up before because we have not been around for very long and have been working at our current location for over six months now. That is why we are looking for a professional who can help us with this.
What do we need?
> Assistance in carrying out a Risk Inventory and Evaluation of our organization.
> Mapping risks, inventorying relevant policy documents & interviews with employees.
> A report/presentation with the above insights and concrete next steps in the form of an Action Plan.
