How do you protect yourself and keep listening fun?
In conversations you can sometimes feel attacked, used or treated unfairly. Sentences are said or things are done that do not do you any good and often drain your energy. In other words: your boundaries are crossed. Setting boundaries is about assertiveness and mutual respect.
The following topics will be discussed:
- Defining boundaries;
- Recognizing and acknowledging boundaries;
- Expressing and protecting boundaries.
Anyone who volunteers for society can register for these online, free workshops. There is room for a maximum of 25 people per group, with a minimum of 7 participants the workshop will take place. Register via this link , only then your registration is final. Three days before the workshop you will receive the login details by email.
