During this theme meeting we will explore together how we can lower thresholds and create opportunities in working with volunteers who do not (yet) speak fluent Dutch. How can you as an organization be open to diversity, and what does that yield? How do you deal with language barriers in practice?
Ragaiy Sinout of Stichting de Aanwinst shares his experiences about cultural differences between migrant groups, offers inspiring insights and talks to you about how we can work together more inclusively and effectively. Expect an interactive meeting that connects, inspires and incites to action.

This training is offered free of charge by Apeldoorn Pakt Aan, Stimenz & de Aanwinst. You can cancel up to 3 days in advance. Otherwise we charge a contribution of 25 euros for the expenses.
