Tasks

Providing the newsletter (9 x per year)

Maintaining contacts with the local press (including writing press releases) and with local organizations (such as schools).

Recruiting new advertisers and maintaining contacts with advertisers

Providing the annual program booklet

Participate in board meetings (approximately 8 times per year)

Participate in Web and PR consultations (approximately 6 times a year

The average time commitment is approximately four hours per week.

Affinity with the French language and culture is a plus but not a must
