How do you ensure that everyone, regardless of gender or orientation, feels welcome at the club? And what can you do to increase inclusion and social safety at your club? In this session you will discover opportunities for your association based on thinking differently, or call it rethinking.

This evening you will take a different look at opportunities for your association to bind and retain LGBTI people. By thinking differently, or call it rethinking, you step out of the usual thinking paths. Result? Practical ideas and solutions for your association, sometimes from very unexpected quarters. With speed, interaction and a smile.
