Do you want to make time to visit someone at home once a week for a chat, a game or for example a walk? Then sign up!Detailed description
Often you are one of the few people who come to visit. We are looking for volunteers (buddies) for people who experience loneliness and who still live independently within the municipality of Roermond. The best thing you can achieve is that the person no longer needs a buddy and has therefore worked with you to expand contacts or has found a hobby.
We ask you as a volunteer that you are reliable, that you can listen well and that you can take initiative!
There is always an introductory meeting at your home with an explanation about the project. You will receive a volunteer contract and we need a VOG (statement regarding behavior) from you (costs will be reimbursed). It is important that you also live in the municipality of Roermond.

We have Maatjes for:
• Assistance with administration and taxes
• Small jobs in the house and small garden maintenance
• AutoMaatje, an individual transport service in collaboration with the ANWB
• A visit
