A coordinator for the store

The store coordinator directs all employees of the store and the transport group directly. The managers of the store regularly meet for consultation. He / she will chair this meeting. In good consultation with the technical manager, the coordinator makes proposals for the necessary maintenance of the store. He / she also ensures correct financial administration and checks the incoming and outgoing money flow. He / she ensures that there are enough volunteers and draws up a duty roster. He / she ensures that appointments are correctly carried out by the employees of the store. The coordinator, together with another member of the management committee, has conversations with new volunteers. He / she also has a social function, ensures good mutual solidarity and promotes a pleasant atmosphere.
