What are you going to do?

• All correspondence on behalf of and in consultation with the board
• Ensuring communication regarding management decisions (newsletter)
• Archiving incoming and outgoing documents
• Taking minutes of board meetings and maintaining action list
• Monitor and keep forms and store regulations up to date
• Maintain contact with TdH-NL in The Hague and external organisations

Who are we looking for?

An enthusiastic colleague with a passion for charity. In addition, you have the following skills

• Knowledge of and experience with secretarial/administrative tasks. (Word, e-mail, Excel)
• Mastery of the Dutch language in speech and writing
• Involvement in the further development of the TdH store
• Enthusiasm, perseverance, focused on cooperation.
• Commitment and affinity with the mission of TdH

This is a function based on voluntary commitment. Almost 1700 volunteers are committed in the more than 40 Terre des Hommes stores in the Netherlands. The proceeds from our stores go to our projects. With our stores we also ensure that items that are no longer used are put to good use again.
