How nice is it when you can deal with situations and people in a relaxed manner. What would it bring you if you were able to stand up for yourself and your opinion with more self-confidence and persuasiveness! Then following this resilience / assertiveness course is definitely something for you!!!
Resilience and assertiveness have everything to do with communication, verbal and non-verbal. During the course you will learn communication skills that help you to increase your self-confidence. We do this in concrete terms by formulating your own learning wishes and practicing on the basis of concrete topics, such as expressing wishes, learning to say no, setting boundaries, etc. After the course you are more aware of your possibilities and you will be more confident and able to handle others and situations.
The course consists of 5 meetings and will start this autumn 2022 at the Zilverschoon meeting place.
