About the Vrolijkheid Foundation

The Vrolijkheid Foundation is a network of artists, regulators, volunteers, children, young people and parents. Together we realize more than 100 workshops and art projects every week at asylum seeker centers throughout the Netherlands. With dance, theater, music, new media and visual arts, De Vrolijkheid invests in the development and empowerment of young asylum seekers' center residents. Cheerful spaces offer inspiration to discover and develop your own talents.

Volunteer at Vrolijkheid

Volunteers are the driving force behind Vrolijkheid and are therefore indispensable to the organization. We have a great need for creative people to help make the Vrolijke program possible at the asylum seekers' center Driehuis . We are looking for volunteers who are available one or two days a week. Depending on wishes and talents, volunteers can support the workshops, furnish and maintain the cheerful space, do PR work, perform administrative work, etc. As a volunteer you work in a team of artists, program coordinators and volunteers who work on and/or outside the asylum seekers' center living. We are looking for

You:

● are a go-getter

● takes initiative

● can work well together, but also independently

● have an affinity with art and creativity

● do you want to work for the teenagers who live at the asylum seekers' center?

We offer:
