Summary
Do you want to make a difference for families whose child needs something extra? At De Stampertjes you help to relieve these parents in the care of their child.
Detailed description
Are you the one we are looking for?
● You have an affinity with the children cared for at De Stampertjes.
● You do not need to have work experience or a child-oriented or care-related education, but this is an advantage.
● You are available on a fixed part of the day during the week (Monday, Wednesday or Thursday). Furthermore, there is a volunteer meeting once every 3 months.
As a support worker, you work with a professional on a group of up to 4 young children (0-5 years). Together you offer the children the necessary care and a fun daily schedule and you discuss with your colleague who does what.
If you come to work for us, a VOG will be requested for you. You can also follow a course in First Aid for Children every year and you can participate in refresher courses and workshops offered by the VWC Haarlem and surroundings and by the SIG. For the rest, you will become part of a highly motivated, involved and fun team.
Do you recognize yourself in this volunteer position and do you have a warm heart for children who need something extra? Then we would like to hear from you.
More information can be found on our website. Or send an email with your question or your application.

About Stichting De Stampertjes
De Stampertjes is a volunteer organization that offers respite care in the form of small-scale day care to young children aged 0 to 4 who need extra support. Children with a physical or mental disability, children with a chronic illness, children with a developmental delay and/or children from vulnerable families are lovingly cared for by qualified (ortho) pedagogical group employees and support staff. Our goal is to relieve parents of these young children who need something extra by offering day care.
