We want to start with a scout group in the spring. Age 11-15 years. For that we need 2 more leaders of which at least 1 is a woman.
You want to show yourself as a leader to the scouts. The group is probably still small, but that doesn't stop you from getting involved with it. You get guidance and training is paid for by the group. Working together is what you want and of course having fun together with the children.
