Information about 18 years and then?!
Zuid Doet Samen and MEE are organizing a series of information sessions for the residents of Apeldoorn-Zuid in 2022. On Tuesday, September 6, the topic is '18 years old and then?!
Until you are an adult (= 18 years old), your parents or guardian are responsible for you. After that, you may and must arrange many things yourself. You start doing that when you are 17 years old.
This includes, for example, financial matters, insurance, housing, work and school.
Arzu Uyar, consultant work and learning at MEE, will guide you through all the important matters that need to be arranged.
The evening is aimed at young people with a disability aged 17 or 18 and/or their parents/guardians (possibly with a disability). This evening is also interesting for teachers of secondary schools, practical education or Secondary Special Education.
When: Tuesday 6 September 2022, 7:30-9:30 PM (walk-in from 7:15 PM)
