InHuis support families have managed to book Lisette Pouls from Moviera for our theme evening “Domestic violence, child abuse and neglect” on Wednesday 14 May.
The following topics will be discussed:
- Gain insight into the theme in an interactive way.
- What is Domestic Violence, what are its forms and types?
- What is child abuse and what forms are there?
- Risk factors
- Short and long term consequences for children
- Signals and dilemmas when signaling
- Reporting code
- Do's and don'ts when starting a conversation
This evening is not free for us as an organization, that is why we have decided to expand this evening. There is room for max. 20 people.
Volunteers from the municipality of Apeldoorn are very welcome.
Full=full, so if you want to come, register quickly via inhuis@humanitas.nl . Participation is free.
We start at 7:30 PM (walk-in from 7:15 PM) and last until 9:30 PM.
The evening is at Tussen de Eiken 107.
