Are you an active local resident, parent or (neighborhood) professional? Do you want to know more about a healthy lifestyle and do you want to inspire others in the neighborhood?
Op Gezonde Tour was developed by Dream Support in Amsterdam
We offer:
• Five fun free workshops in a diverse group
• Knowledge about a healthy lifestyle
• Expansion of your network
• Opportunities to devise and implement actions together
• A folder with working methods that you can use
• A certificate showing that you are committed to 'On a Healthy Tour
Ambassador'

The program lasts 9 weeks, including 5 meetings and partly online that you can follow on your PC or laptop.

'On the Healthy Tour Ambassadors Apeldoorn: a program to make the whole of Apeldoorn a bit healthier.' How? With ambassadors!
As a dietitian, Mariam Aaras, I often see that a lot can be done preventively before they come to me and unfortunately they are already ill and need to be treated. Now this program was once founded in Amsterdam, which appealed to me enormously.
The organization of Op Gezonde Tour Ambassadors Apeldoorn is still looking for ambassadors! Who are these?
People like you in Apeldoorn who enjoy gaining more knowledge about healthy food & lifestyle and would like to continue to inspire others. This could be at your child's school, in your neighborhood, with friends and/or family or at your work!
At the end of the program, you will receive a certificate as an ambassador and you may discover a new passion of your own!
The program lasts 9 weeks, including 5 meetings and partly online that you can follow on your PC or laptop.
After the summer there will be a nice return day, where experiences will be shared and we will hopefully look back on the program with great pleasure.
The training for the ambassadors is free!
