Plan het vrijwilligersrooster van Centrum De Drom rond culturele activiteiten en zorg elke maand voor een goede bezetting.
Wat ga je doen?
- De culturele agenda van de maand is jouw uitgangspunt. Daarmee maak je het rooster voor de vrijwilligers in de digitale planningstool Eitje. Daarna mail je de vrijwilligers dat het nieuwe rooster open staat.
- Je beoordeelt inschrijfverzoeken en keurt deze goed.
- Voor vrijwilligers ben je het aanspreekpunt bij vragen over het plannen of ruilen van diensten.
- Je houdt overzicht in het rooster. Bij open diensten stuur je een mail met de vraag wie een dienst kan oppakken.
Wie zoeken wij?
- Je bent op regelmatige basis beschikbaar (tijd is flexibel in te delen).
- Je bent ICT-vaardig en communicatief en organisatorisch sterk.
Wat bieden wij?
- De mogelijkheid om (gratis) voorstellingen te bezoeken.
- Een hecht team van enthousiaste vrijwilligers en collega's.
- Dankbaarheid en een belangrijke rol binnen onze organisatie.
Tijdsbesteding: circa 1 a 2 uur per week, maar het rooster vullen en iedereen mailen en verzoeken goedkeuren, zal op dat moment (halverwege een maand) iets meer tijd kosten.

De Drom offers a lively stage on all facets of the cultural area in Enkhuizen and surroundings that connects, inspires and moves. As a building, the Drom is a landmark that is known far beyond the city walls. The combination of the special building with various activities makes the Drommedaris a unique place.
De Drom offers a diverse cultural program with a very wide range of cabaret and theater performances, music and children's theater. Most performances take place on weekends. With approximately 750 activities a year, the Drom is bustling like never before!
The Drommedaris is a foundation with a board consisting of volunteers. The daily activities, cultural programming, catering and events are carried out by a small professional team of paid employees. In addition, the Drom works with many volunteers who perform all kinds of tasks of hostess or host, administrative assistant and theater technicians. In total, the Drom works with approximately 60 volunteers. Without the enormous effort of these volunteers, the Drom would not be able to run.
These activities are only possible through the efforts of many volunteers, so we are looking for people who have a warm heart for the theater and who want to actively commit themselves to this.
