Beyond The Bounds is holding a a virtual event about volunteering during covid-19 and managing stress during covid-19.Detailed description
The workshop will be conducted by our founder Ms. Vidhi Yadav. The workshop will also provide you access to different opportunities of volunteering with us and will promote leadership and communication skills.
The workshop is online and will be from home at 18:00 to 19:00 pm (IST)

We aim at spreading awareness and attempts to eradicate the stigma associated with mental health. We believe that every single life is important and should be protected from the dark shadows of mental illness. There is no health without mental health. The future of any country begins with its youth who needs to be not only physically but mentally as well. We travel to places visiting schools and colleges by conducting seminars and workshops on depression, anxiety , stress, importance of mental health etc. , causes, symptoms and how we can contribute as a responsible citizen.
