Accompanist to the theater of the elderly from Zetten and Herveld

ABOUT YOU

You live in Zetten or Herveld and are available several times a year during the day and in the evening to go to the theater and other cultural activities with the elderly.

To be able to successfully perform your role as hostess/host, you have an affinity with the elderly, you have a sense of responsibility, you are proactive and you have good social skills. You are in possession of a valid driver's license and a 5-door car (in connection with a possible walker). You are prepared to drive to Nijmegen, Beuningen and Wijchen to pick up guests and go to a performance there. And you enjoy cultural activities!

WHAT DOES CELEBRATE LIFE?

Stichting Vier het Leven organizes theater, concert, film and museum visits with supervision for the elderly who can no longer do this independently, do not want to or dare to do so. Culture inspires and connects and under the motto 'Together, enjoy together' we are committed to combating loneliness among the elderly. We can count on approximately 30,000 participations each year.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

With your work you contribute to our mission to continue to offer the elderly the opportunity to celebrate life and go out with others.

As hostess or host of Vier het Leven, you accompany a maximum of 3 elderly people at a time to the theatre, film house or museum. Participating elderly people will be personally picked up by you, accompanied during the performance and brought back home afterwards. During the trip you offer a supportive arm and warm coziness that is necessary to enjoy a wonderful afternoon or evening together. The entrance ticket is free for you as host/hostess.
