Detailed description
- Opening and closing the union house in accordance with the agreements that apply to the VBH. - The hostess / host takes care of receiving the guest, offers coffee or tea and listens to what he has to say or ask. - Based on the apparent need, the hostess / host provides information and / or points out the available information material, refers to the consultation hour or another type of service. If possible, the hostess / host makes an appointment for the appropriate type of service. - Discusses membership with non-members. - The hostess / host answers the phone, provides information on request and makes an appointment for a consultation hour or refers to the walk-in consultation hour. - She / he completes folder racks, keeps the reading table in order and ensures that other information resources are used in an orderly manner (in consultation with the manager of the vbh). - The hostess / host takes care of receiving the guest, offers coffee or tea and listens to what he has to say or ask. - Makes agreements in consultation with the manager of VBH about who is responsible for what.
